Return the item to MATTERS Copenhagen ApS, Søtoften 43, DK-2820 Gentofte with direct delivery.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The amount will be deducted from the item’s price and refunded to the account from which the item was purchased.
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. For complaints, defects, and deficiencies, please contact customer service at info@matterscph.com.
There is a 14-day return policy for items purchased in our webshop. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Items are sent in packaging, marked with FSC, Recycling, and Ethical Pack. The paper bag is 100% recycled paper. The clothing bag has a return closure.
For bulkier items, we use mail-order bags made from 100% recycled plastic, which can be melted down for new plastic upon disposal.
